Paige studied French and Spanish at Baylor University and received her BA in French. After receiving her degree, she went on to participate in the TAPIF program as an English teaching assistant at a high school in Lyon, France. Her research centers around mid-twentieth-century literature and film with a focus on manifestations of memory, experimentation, and playfulness. She is particularly drawn to the work of Marguerite Duras and Georges Perec.
