Lydia Jean Hoffman

Doctoral Student

Lydia is an incoming first-year doctoral student. Her research interests include the representations of women, status, and hierarchies in pre-modern literature. Lydia earned a MA in French Literature at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she also worked as a tutor and as the Modified Language Program Assistant for the Anderson Language and Technology Center (ALTEC). Lydia holds a BS in chemistry and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she worked as an assistante at the French House.
