Coucou !

I’m a graduate student in the English department at Université Lumière Lyon 2, specializing in contemporary American history. I’m in the process of writing my master’s thesis on the growing influence of Theodore Kaczynski’s writings on far-right groups. My research interests are diverse, but for the time being, I’m researching the history and political theory of environmentalism in the US and Europe.

My goals this year are to improve my English, especially my pronunciation, and to discover the USA outside of the realms of books and cinema. Otherwise, I love music so much that I worked for almost a decade as an artistic director, small-time critic, producer, and DJ. I’m also enthusiastic about cinema, reading (non-fiction and science fiction), biking, and spending time with friends.
